My services

I am a person centred counsellor which means you, the client, are the focus of each session. Based in The Kingshills between  High Wycombe, Amersham & Great Missenden. I offer short or long term Therapeutic Counselling to adults & young people aged 17 and over via telephone, online video call or face to face. All sessions are 50 mins.

By listening and providing a calm, safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore anything that is troubling you and I will be alongside you to help bring more balance to your everyday life. It takes courage to

About Me

I am a member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and have experience working with a diverse range of clients and specialise in anxiety, trauma and low self-esteem. I feel that my background in beauty and holistic therapy allows me an ability to connect with clients on many levels and I also have training and experience working with Neurodiversity.

As well as my private practice I work for a Sexual Assault and Abuse Support Service locally for which I have received specialist training, particularly with anxiety, depression and shame and can help by offering a range of strategies enabling you to cope with any issues you may be facing or the stress of daily life.

My specialist area is Anxiety and Stress and in particular the short and long term effects these can have on the mind and body.

• Working with Survivors of Sexual Assault and Abuse 

• Understanding and support with Trauma & PTSD

• Understanding and Supporting Post-natal Care

• Understanding and coping with Menopause

• Working with Neurodiversity in Counselling

• Fully DBS Checked & Insured

 

Fees and Availability

£60 per 50 min session and I offer a free 15min, no obligation telephone call session prior to any booking to chat through how we might work together.
 

Concessions available – please enquire in person

Sessions available Monday – Friday, daytime and evening, some Saturday mornings.
